和装業界をとりまく環境は厳しく 「技術者の高齢化」「継ぎ手不足」「閉鎖的」「売上不足」など様々な課題を抱えています。

それは長きに渡り継承してきた貴重な伝統技術がありながら、今の時代の変化に対応できず、メーカーとしての経営が厳しくなっているところに原因があります。

千年創匠プロジェクトは、そのような会社にスポットをあてて今の時代に経営として成り立つ方法の提案をします。
ミッションは１つ。和装業界革命。

例えば、技術を守るための「担い手の育成、派遣、マッチング」を軸に、問屋と小売りを繋ぐハブとして活動することで、メーカーという上流から業界全体の新陳代謝を促します。

また、新商品提案、新規事業開発、ブランディング、資金調達などのお手伝いをします。
 

そして、千年創匠プロジェクトはきものメーカーから卸、小売り、金融機関、投資家まで、きもの関連の業者またそれ以外でも沢山の会員を集い、互いに協力し合うシステムを構築します。
 

単に衰退を救済するのではなく、未来へ繋ぐプロジェクトとして活動します。

そして、和装業界にイノベーションを起こす事で、産地を救い、町を活性化し、日本の文化としての産地の技術を世界へ発信する事に繋げたいと考えます。

The Sennen Sousho Project focuses on such companies and proposes ways to make their business viable in the current era.
We have one mission. Revolutionize the kimono industry.
For example, by acting as a hub connecting wholesalers and retailers, we promote the metabolism of the entire industry from the upper stream of manufacturers, with a focus on "fostering, dispatching, and matching leaders" to protect technologies.

We also help with new product proposals, new business development, branding, and fundraising.
The Sennen Sousho Project will bring together many members from kimono manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, financial institutions, investors, and other kimono-related businesses to build a system of mutual cooperation.
We will not simply rescue the declining kimono industry, but will work as a project to connect it to the future.
